Caitlin Reiche, Buoy Chief Operating Officer

Under Caitlin’s leadership as chief operating officer, Buoy has grown from 20 employees in 2019 to almost 100 by the end of 2020, and adopted the OKR methodology to support even more growth at scale. Prior to Buoy, Caitlin led product strategy, analytics, and performance efforts for Population Health and Patient Engagement services at athenahealth, the nation’s largest SaaS-based health tech company. Most recently, she was head of strategy at PatientPop. Caitlin holds an MS in health policy and management from Harvard University School of Public Health and a BA in psychology from Middlebury College.
