Khushboo Agrawal, MD

Dr. Agrawal is a board - certified Ophthalmologist and writer for Buoy Health. She received her Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and Medical Degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She completed a medical internship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, and residency at the University of Chicago. Subsequently, she completed a two year fellowship in surgical retina at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. As a native of Mississippi, she returned to her home state to launch the region's first retina practice in Tupelo, Mississippi, where she currently works at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She joined Buoy Health in 2021. She is passionate about providing medical information to non medical people, in an effort to improve health care and empower people to advocate for their own well being.
